This is the second time to refinance with Northpointe -- super smooth again and big thank you to Matt Howard. We did everything online. Matt is very professional and responsive. Replied all emails promptly and precisely.
Wanted to refinance to make another large purchase so we needed to close on time. Overall, I was happy with the experience, just wish banks would include a better Closing document draft when you are initially applying for the loan.
