Having a team to go to bat for me was a great experience. I couldn't have asked for more. My family and I love my home. It was an amazingly exciting process for me!

The communication and loss of paper work was horrible. When I was asked for my 2026 tax returns I was at a loss can't get what has not been issued yet when is not over yet. Get your paperwork together don't ask for the same thing different...

There was a lack on ongoing and timely communication,especially near the end and most critical time of the transaction. The closing date was moved twice snd both time there wasn't timely communication.
