I really liked that the UW called me rather than just emailing her responses. I also appreciated how quickly responses were given when I had questions about Kind and their loan process-since I had never used them before.

I only had one issue to overcome and even though the underwriter was not always super responsive, Mark was ready to help and the account manager took care of the loan.

1) more user friendly website 2) the AMC company is way too expensive, and appraisals were ordered outside of our panel and we paid for the appraisals upfront and the borrowers were still contacted by email to pay. We would like to use Timsco...
