At the end of the most recent loan, Mark went over and above to make sure the loan closed on time even through there were a couple of unneccessary set backs. We can always depend on Mark to get the job done!

Mark was great and always available to answer questions/explain process. First loan with Kind and it was a Non QM loan with a lot of moving parts. Only hiccup was the underwriting turn times were way too long
My AE. He is a tireless problem solver and provides grade A consistent services. He even takes my challenging calls on weekends. I will be a raving Kind fan so long as Mark Oneli is my AE.
