The patience and encouragement displayed by Mark and his team was invaluable.
Had an issue about another person on property before signing paperwork and both Mark and Brenda got back to me immediately and fixed issue in a very short time.
The process was long an drawn out . No way it should have taken 73 days for loan approval nor the redundancy in paper work. The staff was curtious an answered questions promptly. It was the system or policy!

It wasn’t Marks fault, just the way the ball rolled on this one. Going from loan to loan and having to put out unneeded money. All in all Mark an Co. went above and beyond but I will never do the online loan again.
