I always recommend people to go to Atlantic Bay and work with Mark Leclear. He is awesome at replying and certainly knows what he is doing. We had a couple of hiccups but he bravely communicated to fix the problem.

I have to say..... Atlantic Bay was the bright spot in this adventure that my wife and I have gone through. We are very pleased in the way all of you helped us get into our new house. Randy & Rhonda York

Overall It was an amazing experience. The only suggestion would be sometimes we didn’t get a call back with information that was with requested.

Mark was great!! Felt like some of the requirements needed was a bit extreme. Did however have issues from Oakwood where we bought our home and getting their part done in a timely manner
