This was my first time building/buying so there were several things I didn't understand. My team was very helpful making sure everything was extremely clear to me. Couldn't ask for a better team.
More verbal communications instead of just emails. I needed more actual conversations about the process, about what was happening and why. I was ignorant of the process and needed more hand holding.
