Mark kept the whole thing together when we had issues, kept us on track with everything we needed, and was overall a huge help in the home buying process.
It may have just been because of the holidays and people being out but during this process it seemed like we had a lot of repeated conversations and were asked for the same paperwork multiple times.

MLO was all in it for the money. Tried to take advantage of first time home buyers and not helpful when it came to crunching down the numbers and optimizing only his end of the share. Was told closing cost was higher than usual for some reason...
