Everything went pretty good, the process took a little longer than I thought it would but Marie explained what the delay was. They did keep me updated with each step and made sure all my questions were answered .

It was low preasure and very quick to close and well be saving money every month and be able to pay off our loan much more quickly with the lowered interest rate
