Lack of communication, a phone conversation would have been nice. Emails only and forms to e-sign. It would be nice to have had a personal connections with those how hold the out come of your future.

Smooth and easy

Your Underwriting team with data and copy requests were incredibly unrealistic. I understand that our loan had a number of moving parts but copies of bank statements for example as well as stock sales in JULY I would highly doubt were going...
