Timely communication and level of trust
Maria, answered her phone at any time and helped answer questions. When there was an issue with the title company Maria stepped in and made calls on a Friday night to take care of everything! So glad we had Maria working for us!
This was the easiest loan experience we have ever had, they said what they needed, we gave it to them, and it was easy peasy.. I would so refer people to to Maria.
Maria's knowledge of lending and mortgages is abundant and she was always there for me with any questions I had. She also looked ahead to see any issues that may come up and had answers or solutions before I knew enough to ask. Thanks!
