Marc is the best!
EVERY person that we interacted with at all touch points FAR exceeded all of our expectations. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
Patience, honesty and understanding through learning process
The knowledge and professionalism was amazing. I was lost at various times in the process and Marc really broke things down and explained it in English so I could understand. He was amazing.
Everyone was professional and dedicated to getting me the best possible loan i could get along with a continued communication line to explain anything I had questions or concerns about.
I don't know why getting a mortgage has to be so arduous, but this one went well even with a couple of bumps along the way. Katey and Christine were very helpful and kept the process moving along.
