Be more polite with the potential customers. Bring more information related to bank options, rates, etc.
Besides of that, she always pick up my calls and gave clarity for an especifict questions.
As a first time home buyer, she explained to me the process to getting a house. She made understand the type of loans and which would best fit me. She was their to answer every question. I am glad she was part of my experience.
