Very responsive on emails and phone calls/texts, made it quick and easy to go through the refi process.
Experience could have been a lot straight forward. Everything was not straight forward from the beginning to the last. Lots of changes and answers given only when asked.
Very efficient! And great communication! Straight down to business like it should be.
Loc is a very hard worker and stayed with our loan through some glitches to get it funded
