Incredibly knowledgable and friendly. They walked us through and completely customized our preapproval to our finances and personal preferences.
This is the 2nd transaction & I've received great customer service, communication, & follow through in all areas of both transactions,
Thank you!
They never reached out to me. I always had to reach out to them about where we were at in the process. They could have better communication with the customer.
The communication, and detailed explanations of what’s happening during this process
Good communication and answering our many questions.
The overall experience was great, I would highly recommend.
You guys worked with our timelines and unique situation, were prompt to reply when we reached out which most often was durning non working hours and the advice you gave us "panned out". You also put up with my grumpiness in award winning fashion....
