I was kept in the loop and treated respectfully throughout the entire process. Help and advice was always received in a timely manner by a very pleasant and competent staff member. Thank you all so much!
I had to bring in additional papers several times. Loan seemed to take longer than was expected, so as the months went by then I had to bring in monthly statements.
Everyone was professional and made us feel like they had our best interests in mind. Also made us feel comfortable, took the time to answer questions.
There was some communication lags. I think everyone was put of town. Was frustrating
