The process was very smooth and I was able to sign documents through my email which were very easy and helpful. The whole process including the WIN staff and the loan officer was professional from the beginning until the closing cost.

Need better communication and truthfulness
I was treated with respect. The information given to me was explained and easily understood. She was friendly. I felt comfortable being with her.
