The ease of completion. Amy explained the process, and was very hands on. When we had questions they were answered promptly, and thoroughly. In the end we had a successful closing, and a wonderful experience.

Maria was very knowledgable, friendly and explained everything beautifully. We loved doing business with her.

The underwriting process with StockYards was needlessly tedious. We provided the same information multiple times in different ways. Underwriting requested multiple revisions to the bid/quote from our builder. We (and our builder) provided signatures...

Having Tonia as our loan officer was probably the easiest part about buying a home. She made things simple to follow and took care of us from start to finish. Her communication was on point and always informative and professional.
