Overall friendly, professional, and quick to respond. First time buying a house in 30+ years. The process could be overwhelming just because of the fast pace. But they make it rewarding at the end.

Laurie alone made it great! Everyone between Laurie and Funding need to work on their communication skills. I loathe providing documents more than once. It's 2025. If you can't figure out emails and attachments, you're going to lose business....
