Communication and clarity are key!
Lauren went above and beyond. She was very responsive to us and was a pleasure to work with.
Lauren was always patient and responsive. She was great to work with, even though our situation was complicated.
Communication was great!
There were no hassles and all documents were on time and correct for closing. When I asked to change the down payment amount I was accommodated.
We were having problems getting clear to close from former lender over a month, Lauren said they shouldn’t have a problem getting it done. She was able to get it clear to close in a week!
