The consistent and updated communications, keeping us well informed about each step of our loan and it's approval process.
Always superb service. Laura team have processed at least 4 mortgages for me and always met expectations.
There was heavy breakdown in communication at the beginning which led to much misunderstanding and subsequent stress. However, once the communication issues were cleared up, things went very smoothly.
