Responsive and prompt service.
Better/more communication. Only provided information when we reached out. Downplayed our sense of urgency after missing closing date.

He chose 1st Security Bank because of the ability to assist a broader range of clients- from first-time homebuyers and seasoned jumbo investors, to clients that have unique situations that are best suited for our Portfolio Products. Throughout the years he has learned the value of remaining calm under pressure. He is a firm believer in remaining focused on problem solving under distress and has learned from his experiences in a retrospective manner once a solution is found.
