    Kyle was very responsive and communicative in the beginning. There were times I was caught off guard, and we had to scramble for a few things in the end, but overall it was a decent experience.

    We had an issue near closing that Kyle took ownership of even though it was probably someone else’s fault. He apologized profusely and it was clear he was sincere. As a business owner it’s not that there is an issue (there are always issues)...
