The excellent service and how smoothly everything went. Kyle was extremely helpful and was checking in weekly either over the phone or by email with any questions or concerns I might have. I was VERY pleased with the whole process.

Kyle regularly communicated, consistently provided input/suggestions on steps needed to meet lending guidelines. He made me feel he was looking out for me and my interests. He always provided options. I would highly recommend him.
