Meeting the terms of the contract.
Everyone was very professional and got documents to me in a timely manner. They also let me know things they needed from me in a timely manner.
Kyle was super friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. As he pointed out, the closing process was MUCH easier than I had in the past, because they specifically work with mortgages, not just a bank.
A lot of communication and I like the chart that shows what step we were currently at. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and quick to respond. Thanks!
