Kurt's responsiveness
Great rates and clear product guidelines.
Being able to talk with the underwriter and find out exactly what they needed.
When the underwriter doesn't clear a condition for whatever reason he/she needs to put the date and then add why it wasn't cleared so we can get exactly what is needed.
It would save emails going back and forth with the underwriting team.
That I can talk with the JR underwriter and that she will help us find the best way to help our client into their home
Kurt always either answers his phone or returns calls quickly. When ever we need information he get it to us and he is accurate(most important). We also know we can trust him to work for our borrowers behind the scenes.
I have been working with Kurt for many years and he knows when I call with an issue it is a true issue.
