Kurt is a very professional and knowledgeable AE. Very nice guy, really enjoy working with him.
Because it was our first loan and our account representative changed in the middle of the process there was a lot of confusion about who gets what done. Now that we know, perhaps the next one will be better.
Kurt and Vanessa are always available for questions and guidance. Sometimes the question/issue is minor and others it is complex. They are always responsive to our needs, makes a great team. We value their relationship.
There was an issue with the AMC that caused us to push closing back. It really wasn't Kurt's fault as he just became our rep but it did cause me and my client to have a not perfect experience. The appraisal was never sent to the client as required...
