As a first time home buyer, Kristine made sure we understood each step of the process from start to finish. We couldn't have closed on our house in the short time period without Kristine and we cannot thank her enough for that!
She was very professional and when it got to the final few hours of the deadline she came through for us getting everything done and getting us a great deal.

I would have appreciated communication about loan options, 15 vs. 30 yr rates, etc. I’m sure I could have reached out and asked but I was surprised that the loan was just set up without a conversation.
Things can become really stressful as a first time home buyer. Kristine went above and beyond to make this a smooth process and offer as much help as she could!
