We've worked with Kristen for over two years in our project to find and finance a new home. She has always provided great advice relevant to the changing mortgage market.
Poor communication, constant errors that we had to catch. Repeated requests for the same information. I will go out of my way to avoid TB at this point. You are getting a reputation in the community and it is not a good one.
Prompt, courteous service. The mortgage team explained each step throughly and ensured we were up to date on all documents required. Cannot say enough good things about Kristin, Angie and whole team. Thank you all for making this a easy experience....
