Timely responses to inquiries. Smooth process flow with few glitches. Online app is very good but sometimes a little behind the process.
Hands down the best house loan experience I have had yet. Professionalism and compassion are balanced well and the attention to detail on paperwork is excellent. Would highly recommend.
