Kristen was awesome she was able to help us very professionally and yet she seemed to really care The only complaint I have is the multiple calls I received from other lenders .

This is the first time I have taken any kind of loan with no complications at all. They never asked for multiple identical docs, they did not delay with underwriting, or any of the other additional hoops I've been made to jump through previously....

Kristen is wonderful, but her other colleaques especially Michael was the worst to deal with. Raely responded to emails or VM. I will never work with him again. His customer service is non-existenty
