Good communication. Fairly easy process. Only thing I would have changed was direct pay to pay off debts rather than checks.

Well I had 3 different agents and it took 4 months to complete. We all must realize that everyone don't have asset to a computer and fax machine . Also check back with the clients to e sure they are getting all the info completed i am pleased...
