Kristen was great in every way. The only issue was with Mike Attiq, although he was communicative on his end he didn't always listen well. and didn't respond to what was being addressed. It took a couple of emails back and forth or on the phone...

During the closing process, there were some last minute data points there were missing which caused some unnessarry anxiety as these should been anticipated by Nikki.
