No communication emailed ,called, texted. Then started with underwriter he was much better. But just overall No communication none no response to questions no response to anything we decided she didn t work there anymore !
Very personal. She genuinely seemed that she cared. I consider her a friend. I believe she went way beyond her normal duties to get our loan done and we are very thankful.
