The process was very fast and easy. Korbin always answered my texts very promptly. Probably the fastest 2nd mortgage around in my opinion. Rate was a little higher but fees were alot lower so for my purpose it was a wash.

Korbin was awesome in helping my family and find a solution the would work for us! We had some speed bumps along the way but he was adamant in making sure we got a solution that would work for us.

Appreciate the kind words Michael, and at the end of the day it was more rewarding to make a friend at the end of the day.
Korbin took the time to find solutions that would help my family and I consolidate our credit card. Korbin went above and beyond. Even when it appeared that there were no options available he still came through.

Korbin was beyond patient with us, as we were new to the refinance process. He answered any and all questions very promptly. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend Korbin for anyone considering a refinance or HELOC
