Korbin kept me in the know, I had switched from another company Strong Home Mortgage which did not. When I switched over to Rocket I let Korbin know the roadblocks I had with them & Korbin simply opened the gates & kept me informed.

I have dealt with many mortgage lenders, they all make promises most can’t keep. I explained what went wrong with my previous lender and Korbin told me he could get it done. And he did closed in about 17 days.
