We got a call from the lender ensuring the transaction would close on a certain date. Extensions were written based on their recommendation. They promised up and down this would be the date and everything was fine and none of that was factual....

Your team missed our mandatory Wind & Hail policy that was sent from our insurance agent and wrote the mortgage without it. So now we need to pay out of pocket versus being able to escrow.
