Had a couple issues getting documents updated on the portal as well as provided in time for closing of a home. The closing had to be postponed and a lot of stress was added to the experience.
We had a very pleasant experience and appreciate the team staying on top of all the required paperwork
everyone was very helpful especially Samantha who came up with the idea of using my statements to gauge what we would qualify for instead of my tax returns. That was instrumental in getting us our dream home.
