Kelly helped guide me through my first purchase of a house, and promptly answered any questions that I had.
Most of the process was quite smooth, but some miscommunication happened when other team members were brought in between two loan applications and down payment gift options. It all worked out though.
Kelly was so helpful and responsive. She answered all of our questions, and there were a lot, and she guided us through every step of our refinance.
