Michael is friendly & professional, making the process a breeze. I’ve already sent a friend information on NAF via Michael Li.
Michael helped me navigate buying my first house extremely straightforward (well, as straightforward as the mortgage process can be, at least). He was a straight shooter, and didn't beat around the bush in unfavorable situations.
