This Loan officer had great customer service and pleasant to work with!

I would have liked if there would have been actual communication from Kellie and her team. The only time I heard anything from them was when I reached out for an update. The automated updates (which were received after the fact) were lackluster...

He was always prompt with information and needs. Any time i needed something he responded within a short time. I've financed 4 homes, all with different lenders (Chase, USAA, 5th3rd, and this one). This experience was hands down the easiest....
