The loan officer was available after hours.
The Ruoff team did an excellent job. Very professional & kept us informed at all times.
For the most part everything went to according to plan. The only thing I wished was different I wished the house we bought didn't need any repairs before we closed. That took the longest.

Keith Luken and Denise Raymond were very knowledgeable and worked very hard as a team for me and my wife. You have done really well putting the right people where they belong.
I think the process overall was very smooth. Doing this in times of COVID was a little different, but honestly the electronic signatures are pretty convenient. Not having to get an appraisal was really nice, too.
I loved that my loan officer had a good relationship with my relator already. I know SO MUCH probably happened behind the scenes, but what I was was simple and smooth.
Very responsive to my needs.
