We had a few more challenges than most with our process and Kathy always assured us and followed through with the assurances that we would get our loan completed in the timeframe needed.
Working with Kathy is a wonderful experience. I have used her for my last 3 transactions. She or her team are always available and they are willing to go above and beyond the normal daily duties.
