Kathy was clear about the process, patient, and pleasant. I know her behind the scenes knowledge got us the best loan!
I had no clue what I was getting into, with buying a home, Kathy walked me through the process, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was always encouraging when I started to feel overwhelmed.
Kathy kept me in the loop the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
