Very timely with responses. Made everything simple and straightforward

Good communication throughout the process. My agent and the seller agent both said they received good communication so they knew where we were in the loan process.

Fast response to email and messages. Easy process and great customer service.

Kathy is very sweet and professional I just didn't like the overall experience with NAF considering our loan was not made a priority and it messed up closing.

Kathy was very informative and very responsive to calls and emails. Her communication skills were great and spoke to me and my wife like she would to a family or friend. We chose Kathy over other lenders simply because she acted and sounded...

Told her what I was looking for through a refinance n she definitely provided an awesome rate. Looking to utilize her services again for another refinance.. She gave me approximate timeframe for the whole process n it was right on.

It would have been a pleasure too know before my closing how much money I should have I was told the amount of my closing costs 15minutes prior too closing which set my closing back about a week and I received collection calls about my mortgage...

Kathy and Paola were THE BEST. My only criticism was the time it took to get our information to underwriting. But, that was not Kathy's fault. She did everything in her power.
