    There was a major communication mistake missed for 995 dollars. Nothing was done to address the issue and it was to late to switch lenders or I would have. Kathy was unable to sol e the problem nor was her management. I plan on telling anyone...

    Kathy Hite went beyond the call of duty. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions or simply to let us know where we were at in the process. Only CON: We didn't even get to make our first payment and our loan was sold to another (unknown)...
