Joel was very responsive and pleasant. He answered all of our questions promptly and clearly.
It was a bit difficult to get all of the i's dotted and t's crossed for the underwriters, but Joel stuck with us.
You made everything simple and quick.
In our text correspondence we asked for 0 point rate. When the final paperwork came through there was 0.625 point with a charge of approximately $1900.
Otherwise was very happy.
