Very fast response time, and very patient as we worked together for a very long time trying to get everything set so that we could buy our first home. Very helpful in letting us know what we needed to do next throughout our entire process
The whole process was very smooth and it was great to have a weekly update. Kelly and Joel were so helpful and informative during the whole process which truly made the experience that much better.
Just hated that I was told I would be able to get the loan with 5% down and then right before closing I had to pay 10%
Overall it was a great experience working with Joel and Katherine. Always responded quickly with any questions or concerns, which made the whole process easy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything.
