Kat is the best! Only issue I had is with Jordyn Flores, her communication is not great, does not answer the phone or return phone calls.

After spending over 40 days with another lender who stated she couldn't get the deal done, Kat not only got it done but got it done in 7 days.
Everything. The entire process was new to me & very stressfull! But they explained everything and made it so much easier.
