Unfortunately, there were a few items that could not be overcome until later in the process. Such as pay, assets and collateral. Clients decided to move forward with a home that was over-valued at their own risk.

Katherine is extremely helpful during the loan process. Excellent communication and customer service! You can tell she truly care about helping you to purchase your new home.
